RETURNS

We are offering a free exchange on any product purchased through our website to a different size or model if sent back to us within 14 days from the sale. Though we do deliver your FiftyFive65 item for free, please note you will have to cover the cost of return postage yourself. All returned items must be returned in a mint condition - unworn, free of stains, odours and animal hair, with all tags attached and with a proof of purchase. For overseas exchanges please mark your parcel as “no commercial value” and “returned goods” in the customs form. We will inform you on the progress of your return via email.

 

REFUND

We will refund the value of your purchase, if returned to us in mint condition (as specified above) within 7 days from receiving your package. We do not refund the shipping costs unless we have sent the wrong or damaged item to you.
